Divorce Attorney is a Brighton art-rock band formed around October 2022 and fronted by Nathan Key. The original lineup was known for their mixture of shoegaze and post-punk, combined with strange and often unique additions to songs such as playing sound effects through a 3DS or having the drummer flail out of time for an entire song. They released their debut single “Mothballs” in 2023, followed by “Blessing” in 2024. Admidst the Divorce Attorney series of festival and gig performances, Allen and Swenzen left the band in March 2025. They would go on to be replaced by Tanya Sitocombe and Charlie Chatfield, Sitocombe going on to be a 2nd front for the band. They released the EP “Always something” in 2026.
